Insite Managed Solutions has chosen Gladstone Builders as construction manager for their new corporate headquarters in Cape Coral, FL. The project will consist of +/- 11,000 SF of interior renovations on an existing building. New spaces will be created for client training, administrative functions, accounting & finance, sales, client management & IT. A new open air courtyard with outdoor seating & prep bar will be constructed as well. The office space will utilize glass partition systems with contemporary finishes. Interior Design provided by Jacqueline Brown Interiors and Architectural Design Provided by Art Castellanos of Castellanos & Tramonte, Inc. This projected is scheduled to begin construction in the 4th Quarter of the year.
