Ted Gadoury, President, is a third generation builder in Southwest Florida. Ted’s Grandfather, Uncle & Father arrived in Fort Myers in the mid 70’s and have been shaping the landscape of area since. Gladstone Builders is a continuation of the reputation and dedication to service built upon from Ted’s family & other prominent firms the Gadoury’s have had the opportunity to work with in Southwest Florida. Ted has been a general contractor/construction manager and provided construction services in Southwest Florida for over 15 years earning a reputation for superior quality and outstanding business practices through building relationships with his clients. Ted truly believes the differentiating factor in Gladstone’s approach to construction is understanding the client’s goals for the project then being the leader in partnering with the numerous stake holders to make a cohesive team for each project that dedicates their services to the competitive, competent and highest quality project. Ted’s long history in the area and time forged relationships creates a deep pool of various resources that make our firm capable to achieve the goal of every client.
