Linsford Clubhouse Amenities

Project Overview

Linsford Amenity Center, located in Fort Myers, Florida, is new construction of a 5,000 SF Clubhouse, 2,500SF Resort Style Pool with Geo-Thermal Heating, Spa, Gazebo, Tot-Lot, Basketball Court, Tennis Courts Bocce court & dock. The new clubhouse includes a large fitness room, bathrooms, catering kitchen, outdoor seating and large multipurpose room. The clubhouse amenities include a resort style pool with beach entry, spa, pool deck overlooking a lake, gazebo. The grand entry lobby features a 28’ trey ceiling with LED lighting concealed within the crown molding and three large drop down pendant lights.

Challenges

The main challenges of this project consisted of phasing the clubhouse & amenity construction with the development of the single family & multifamily homes. The majority of the infrastructure had to be installed in conjunction with both projects to allow not only use during construction but also access to potential home buyers. We overcame this challenging by working closely with the various developers, utility suppliers & local municipalities to formulate a multi-tiered phasing plan that allowed new residents the use of the clubhouse and amenities while construction continues on remainder of the development.
