Orange Blossom Amenity Center

This project included the construction of a new 6,880 SF Clubhouse with multipurpose room, fitness center, outdoor kitchen & seating areas as well as a new restroom building, tiki huts, cabanas and resort style pool. In addition to the new improvements, the existing structures were renovated to match the clubhouse architectural style creating a large two pool amenity center with sports courts, playgrounds & an observation dock at the lake.
