RaceTrac Gas Station

Project Overview

This project in Cape Coral, FL was completed in May 2013 and included demolition of an existing building and parking lot to construct a 6,000 SF new prototype convenience store for RaceTrac also featuring 20 gas pump stations. The store amenities includes a coffee bar, full service yogurt center, Slushie station, hot dog station, beer vault, and ice tea/soda stations. Seating for customers is available inside and outside helping development the community store concept.
