Tenant Improvements for Cloud 9 Float Spa have started
Tenant improvements for the Cloud 9 Float Spa in Fort Myers, FL have started. Cloud 9 will offer two sensory deprivation float pods, two acupuncture spaces, private float room, sauna, massage therapy and future juice bar. The tenant improvements to the existing 1,700 SF medical office space are expected to be completed by end of January 2019.
Gladstone Builders Awarded Second Amenity Center by M/I Homes
Gladstone Builders has been awarded a second Amenity Center – Oasis at the West Villages of North Port by M/I Homes. This amenity center will include a resort style pool with sunshelf & paver pool deck, pickle ball court, 1,800 SF clubhouse with flex room, bathrooms, open air porch with seating and mail kiosk area for community. This project along with Amberly Amenity Center have broken ground this month.
Gladstone Builders has been awarded a design-build contract for the Army Career Center in Lehigh, FL
Zayden, LLC has selected Gladstone Builders for the design-build tenant improvements on the Army Career Center in Lehigh, Fl. Construction began the end of November 2018. The project consists of converting an existing 1,750 SF taekwondo center into an Army Career Center with three private offices, an open seating & work area, new restrooms and secured IT room. Gladstone Builders partnered with Robert Massengale, AIA and Stafford Engineering for design services.
Lennar Homes has awarded Gladstone Builders Castalina Amenity Center
Gladstone Builders has been awarded the Clubhouse and Cabana building at the new Castalina Community in Fort Myers, FL. The project will consist of a 2,300 SF clubhouse with fitness center, outdoor porch, mail room & 700 SF fully screened cabana. Additional amenities included an outdoor grille, pool & spa. Construction is scheduled to start second quarter of the year.

Comprehensive MedPsych Systems, Inc. has awarded Gladstone Builders a design build contract for tenant improvements in the land mark Bank of America Financial Center located adjacent to Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, FL. The project consists of 4,250 SF of tenant improvements to the third floor space.

M&I Homes has awarded Gladstone Builders construction of the Amenity Center in the new Amberly single family home development in the City of Bradenton. The project will consist of a a new amenity & restroom facility, mail center, pool deck & pool. The project is scheduled to begin construction 3rd quarter of 2018 with completion by year end.
Gladstone Builders has been awarded a design-build contract for Merits Health USA
Merits Health USA, located in Cape Coral, FL has awarded Gladstone Builder’s team a design-build contract for their new corporate headquarters. The design build team consists of TDM Consulting for Civil Design, Kirby Building Systems, Robert Massengale, AIA for building design, HLevel Architecture for conceptual design & Josie Presar Design for interior design. The project will consist of a new 90,000 SF facility incorporating 70,000 SF of warehouse with a two story administrative building & associated site development.
