Project Overview

Located in Fort Myers, FL, this $1,342,000 project consisted of a total renovation of 30,270 SF at an existing dealership. The renovations consisted of a new exterior facade, as well as interior renovations to the new car showroom, used car building, new service drive entrance and office, remodeled parts display, lounge and administrative offices – all of which are in compliance to General Motors Chevrolet Dealership Re-Image Program. Throughout the duration of the renovations, the dealership remained open and 100% operational for business.
