Project Overview

The Port Charlotte store was a renovation to approximately 135,978 SF consisting of the addition of a new front entry feature and doors, renovation of photo center, snack bar, rotisserie area, store offices, membership area and all refrigeration cases. Also included was a concrete floor replacement and re-polishing of floors, bakery finishes replacement, remodeled tire center, pharmacy and vision center and employee break room. Additional renovations included parking lot and storm drain modifications, landscaping upgrades, interior and exterior painting, and signage.
