Gladstone Builders has been engaged to provide design & preconstruction management services for a multi-phase expansion of Crown Roof Tiles manufacturing facility located in Arcadia, FL. The first phase consists of a 103,000 SF concrete paved lay-down yard for additional storage capacity including storm drain, site lighting & earthwork. The second phase will be an additional manufacturing plant to increase the capacity of the plant.
