City of Naples Dock – Dockmaster Office, Restroom Facility & Open Air Gazebo

Project Overview

Gladstone builders was contracted as part of the Kelly Brothers, Inc. team to construct the vertical structures on the City of Naples Dock Replacement Project. Construction of these conventionally built wood framed structures was unique in that they were built on the concrete prefabricated floating dock system. The projected consisted of a 1,050 SF Restroom/Laundry Building, 360 SF Dockmaster Office with fuel sales & a 600 SF Open Air Gazebo.
