Verandah River House Addition
Project Overview
This project consisted of converting an existing outdoor porch to additional dining room space. We added approximately 1,600 SF of space with new roofing, HVAC, floor to ceiling windows, as well as replaced and updated the interior design scheme with new flooring, lighting, wall cladding, and ceiling treatments. This is the first phase of a three stage program at the River House culminating with a new bar and dining area as well as a new outdoor bar area along the Orange River.
